The QCS-LFⅡ system conducts the calculation of raw material blending based on the chemical compositions of each raw material, the chemical composition of coal ash, the industrial analysis data of coal, as well as the three rate values and heat consumption requirements specified for the clinker. It determines the control targets for the KH, N, and P rates of the raw materials and the initial feeding ratios of limestone, clay, iron powder, and correction raw materials.
The LF kiln expert optimization control system is an advanced intelligent control system added on top of the original DCS control system. It acquires the required measurement point data from the DCS system through OPC communication, and then performs calculations using advanced control and optimization control algorithms. The instructions are then output to the DCS system, which executes the instructions.
The Energy and Water Consumption Management System (EMS) is an energy management system established through the application of automation and information technology. It analyzes, collects, processes and handles controllable energy factors, achieving automated and scientific management throughout the entire process from energy factor collection, process monitoring, energy consumption analysis, to energy management control. This enables the organic combination of energy equipment, energy plans, energy balance, energy performance, and energy prediction, allowing for the use of data processing and analysis techniques for offline production analysis and management.
By implementing comprehensive control over enterprise emissions in a “full coverage, full domain, and full process” manner. Corresponding to the historical data of key parameters of the production facilities operation and the operation of treatment facilities for each emission source among multiple unorganized emission sources in the cement industry, information related to any period and any emission source can be queried, read, and retrieved in the system. When there is a shutdown or malfunction, it can be discovered at any time.
DCS adopts standardized, large-scale and series-based design to achieve centralized monitoring, operation and management, while implementing decentralized control. Its architecture can be divided into three levels in a vertical direction. The first level is the decentralized process control level; the second level is the centralized control management level; the third level is the integrated information management level. Each level is independent yet interrelated.
