1、 Equipment introduction
The Ball mill is very important fine grinding equipment in modern industry. The only difference between the single-cylinder ball mill and the short-tube ball mill is that its length is 2-7 times larger than the diameter. The material undergoes a longer time in the ball mill, the product quality is consistent, and the crushing is larger in size. In fact, the multi-cylinder ball mill is more widely used than the single-cylinder type. In the multi-cylinder tube mill, the partition plate divides the mill barrel into several chambers. In each bin, the grinding body is matched with the grinding body according to the fine grinding of the material. Therefore, higher grinding efficiency is obtained, and its unit power output is also larger. Tube mills are widely used for grinding cement and other materials in construction materials, metallurgy, mineral processing, power and chemical industries. The tube mill has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, large production capacity, strong adaptability to materials, and easy replacement of worn parts. The main components of the tube mill are: barrel, feeding part, unloading part, transmission part, etc. The material enters the inside of the barrel of the tube mill through the feeding device, and falls in the initial grinding position.

2. The crushing ratio is large (generally more than 300, which can reach more than 1000 when ultra-fine grinding), the quality of the final product is good, and the particle gradation are easy to adjust.
3. The operation can be adapted to different situations: dry operation, wet operation, drying and grinding can also be combined to work at the same time. It also has open circuit grinding and closed circuit grinding.
4. It has good sealing and operates under negative pressure with no dust flying in the work place.
5. It is convenient for large-scale and meet the needs of large-scale production of modern enterprises.
