The grate cooler is an important cooling equipment on the cement production line. The grate cooler produced by our company is a new type of cross rod (short rod) fourth generation grate cooler. During the operation of the grate bed, there is no accumulation of material in the air chamber, and the wall is tightly locked. Compared to the first generation horizontal push grate cooler, the second generation grate cooler, and the third generation inflatable beam grate cooler, the fourth generation EBFC cross rod cooler has a thicker material layer on the grate bed, resulting in higher productivity per unit grate bed area, No need for leakage lock air valve and small zipper machine, lower failure rate.
Technical and structural characteristics of the fourth generation EBFC cross rod cooling machine:
1. Modular design allows for easy assembly of cooling machines of different sizes as needed, with high manufacturing accuracy, short cycles, and convenient installation and maintenance.
2. Adopting a row type grate bed, the grate bed is fixed and stationary, and the grate plates are completely sealed. Each row of push rods can independently adjust speed, which has good adaptability to the distribution of clinker.
3. The use of automatic flow control valves and more refined zoning for air supply prevent short circuits in cooling air and ensure stable airflow distribution.
4. The standard grate plate is covered by a static clinker layer to protect it from high temperature and wear, and the grate plate no longer needs to be replaced regularly.
5. Special types of leak free grate plates and non-contact seals ensure no material leakage, eliminating the need for ash hoppers and conveying systems.
6. The grate bed is completely horizontal, combined with no ash hopper, greatly reducing the height of the entire machine, which can greatly save civil engineering investment.
