1、  Equipment introduction

Preheaters are used industrial dry kiln cement production plants to heat the raw mix and drive off carbon dioxide and water before it is fed into the kiln.The preheater is mainly composed of cyclone tube, connecting air duct, feeding tube, decompression furnace, locking air valve, feeding tray, inner tube hanging piece and smoke chamber.LVRF5 new efficient five cyclone preheater with decomposition furnace system used in linear double spouting decomposition furnace technology, simple structure, large length to diameter ratio, is beneficial to uniform material distribution, in order to further increase the material retention time, increase the rear extension pipe, thus in the combustion space is fully guarantee, solid and gas residence time, ensure the pulverized coal can get sufficient combustion inside the furnace, improve the system efficiency.
