Rotary Kiln
1、 Equipment introduction
Rotary kiln is the main equipment for cement production.Rotary kiln is composed of shell, drive device, support and thrust roller, kiln lining, kiln inlet sealing, head hood, burning device and other components. Raw material powder is fed into the kiln barrel from the high end of the kiln tail barrel. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln tube body, material will move along round shell and will also move along shaft direction from kiln tail to kiln head. Material will be processed through pre-heat, decompose, calcined and will be feed into cooler. Fuel is injected from the kiln head and burned in the kiln. The heat emitted heats the raw meal to make the raw meal calcined into clinker. The hot air formed during the heat exchange with the material enters the kiln tail system from the kiln feed end Preheater and dust collector), and then discharged into the atmosphere by the chimney.
2、 Technical advantages
1. The kiln shell body is the trunk of the rotary kiln, which is made of high-quality thick steel plate rolled and welded. The thickness of the steel plate used in different positions is different according to the force of the kiln shell body. The supporting rollers of the rotating load-bearing part use ZG35CrMo or 42CrMo steel.
2. The large gear has a solid structure and stable operation. The large ring gear is connected to the kiln barrel body through a tangential spring plate to form a large ring gear suspended on the kiln barrel body. This structure allows sufficient heat dissipation space between the large ring gear and the kiln barrel body. It can reduce the influence of thermal deformation of the kiln barrel body on the gear meshing accuracy. It can also play the role of shock absorption , which is favorable to prolong the working life of the rotary kiln.
3. It has good sealing effect to prevent heat loss. The structure of the sealing device adopts two types of labyrinth and contact type, and its contact type as cylinder tighten sealing, spring tighten sealing, graphite block sealing, spring graphite, fish scale type seal etc, The system has good sealing effect, effectively prevents heat loss, reduces heat consumption and improves fuel utilization.
